Our meetings are private, confidential, pre-scheduled sessions generally lasting 50 minutes to an hour. Meetings can be held either in person or over the phone, so geographical location is not a factor. During these meetings the focus is on you, the client. I listen to you fully and with unconditional support. I believe you are smart and capable. I hold a safe space for you to explore your options and “be” who you are. I ask provocative questions. Trusting that you have your own answers, I create the opportunity for you to hear them. I am trained to help you reveal your own wisdom with as much ease as possible. My training is through Coach U. I am a member of the International Coach Federation and The Professional Coaches Association of Michigan.
