Conference Team Introductions

Ginny Victory Ginny Victory

Overview:

Greetings and welcome to the 6th Annual PCAM Conference. This year for the first time, the Board set a conference theme. Everything we've planned has been under the umbrella of M.O.R.E. Michigan . Opportunity . Resurgence . Empowerment. These are challenging times in the world and in particular; Michigan. As coaches we are leaders in this area and have the opportunity to empower individuals, families, small business, corporations, education, politics, and communities. While we all have to face and deal with the realities of the day we can also be a part of inspiring and building the future. Each session, breakout and the keynote were all selected with this goal in mind and designed to translate into more personal and business development, more connections, and more impact - for you and the world around you. Come join in the conversation. We look forward to seeing you in East Lansing, Michigan this fall!

Warmly,
Ginny Victory, CPA, ACC

The conference team has been phenomenal yet again! Thanks to the Board for direction and support. Thanks to Julie Norris our President for her leadership, availability and good humor - so enjoyable to partner with you and get so much done Ms. Julie. Ms. Kristi for her support behind the scenes, for database management, communications, experience and expertise and the day of - for seamless flow. And for being fun, sharing your opinions and having a great laugh. Ms. Sylvia for her passion, experience and wisdom. I love your confidence, humility, directness and joy. We have made a great team - each one better because of the other - and therefore a better conference - one of high value for you! I asked Kristi and Sylvia what they wanted the participants to walk away with this year; see below for what they want for you......

I’m especially looking forward to this year’s conference because it is not only about us – the PCAM coaches who want to learn from each other – it is about Michigan and therefore about our clients, our communities, our families too! I don’t know any coach who doesn’t want to grow into his highest possibilities. And we can’t do this alone! I believe as coaches we are living role models for deliberate change. When we start to show up as leaders and the role models we truly are as business people but also as the privat human being we all contribute to M.O.R.E. I’m proud to be part of the PCAM Conference Program Development Team and to be a workshop presenter sharing my expertise around change management. Personally, I’m looking forward to discover my ‘tribe’ of likeminded coaches and new friends.

I would like to see the attendees come away with three things: 1. to have learned something new that they can take back to their coaching practices and implement right away that can help them to be better coaches (education); 2. to have either strengthened current connections, or made new connections within the coaching community (networking); and 3. to have voiced their suggestions on how PCAM can better support their practices, what things can PCAM offer that would make their membership investment worth while (community).
