Details about the Labyrinth Path:
A walk on the labyrinth path can awaken us from our day-to-day way of being in the world: at the crossroads as coach, as client, as community.
Unlike a maze, designed with dead-ends and cul-de-sacs to confuse the way to a separate exit, the labyrinth is designed as a singular path that travels around and into a center from which one returns along the path to the beginning. The labyrinth, based upon sacred geometry - the design of proportion, allows the mind to experience rest, comfort and harmony. In the safe space of the labyrinth circle, one’s experience becomes a metaphor for life, mirroring for us in the moment that which we are often unable to see through our own eyes.
Come and set expectations aside, do not attempt to plan what will happen; empty your cup. When one remains curious and is courageous enough to have a direct experience with what comes in the moment, self-discovery and new beginnings are possible. On the path, whatever occurs is uniquely yours, simply experience your experience.
You are invited to come and enjoy a peaceful, meditative walk. Awaken and find yourself on the labyrinth path.
